Poured-n-Fired is led by Rhonda Potts and her two daughters—a family partnership built on creativity, craftsmanship, and a shared love for handmade ceramics.

Rhonda has been working with ceramics since 1987, refining her craft through decades of pouring molds, glazing and firing unique, meaningful pieces. Her passion has always extended beyond the art itself—it’s about creating work that feels personal, lasting, and full of heart.

Carrying that legacy forward, each of her daughters bring their own artistic strengths, modern ideas, and creative energy to the studio. Together, the three combine experience, innovation, and family tradition to grow a brand rooted in authenticity and community.

Their mission is simple:
